Job Details

Experience: 5-10 years

Requirements

5-10 years of progressive finance experience
Growth company experience including scaling financial operations
Strong understanding of US GAAP
Demonstrated ability to translate complex financial information into actionable insights for leadership and stakeholders
Experience in SaaS, technology, or B2B business models is a plus
CFA designation preferred
Foundational experience at a top consulting firm, investment bank, PE, or VC firm preferred
Experience as part of a diverse, distributed, remote-first team preferred

Responsibilities

Lead the development and execution of financial strategies that support company growth and stakeholder value creation
Build a high-performing analytical culture, fostering excellence and continuous improvement
Oversee investor reporting, and key performance indicator tracking across the organization
Support business planning, forecasting, and modeling for strategic decision-making at the executive level
Drive business case analyses and insights to inform product, pricing, operational and acquisition strategies
