Requirements
- Professional experience in trades, technical, or industrial fields (e.g., electrical, plumbing, HVAC, wastewater, manufacturing).
- Experience with curriculum development, instructional design, or reviewing course materials.
- Experience with online learning platforms and tools such as Zoom, Moodle, and Google Docs/Slides.
- Demonstrated leadership experience, including guiding teams or providing mentorship.
- Experience coordinating projects, programs, or initiatives across multiple stakeholders.
- Ability to provide guidance on technical content, program quality, and operational best practices.
- Ability to prioritize multiple initiatives and deliver results in a remote environment.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Review, update, and improve curriculum, course materials, and study guides.
- Ensure programs meet quality, compliance, and industry standards.
- Monitor program metrics, student progress, and outcomes.
- Collaborate with instructors, curriculum designers, and eLearning teams.
- Participate in operations and quality-related meetings.
- Provide guidance and support to instructors as needed.
