Requirements
- Completed degree in (Business) Informatics, Economics, or a comparable qualification
- Multi-year professional experience as a Solution Architect in the HR environment
- Ideally experienced in the SAP ecosystem (SAP SuccessFactors, SAP HCM)
- Sound knowledge of SAP system architecture, integrations, customizing, and development in SAP HR
- Experience in implementing IT projects in the HR sector, including requirements analysis, process design, and implementation
- Strong communication skills with the ability to translate departmental requirements into technical solutions
- Independent, structured, and solution-oriented work style
- High level of teamwork and commitment
- Verhandlungssichere (negotiation-proficient) German and English skills
Responsibilities
- Analyze and design SAP-based HR solutions
- Advise and support departments during the implementation of SAP HR modules
- Develop and implement architecture concepts and strategies
- Ensure the integration of SAP HR solutions into the existing IT landscape
- Conduct training sessions and workshops for users and key users
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to optimize HR processes
