Requirements
- Active, unrestricted clinical licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT.
- Active licensure in CA, CO, CT, FL, MD, TN, TX, WA, or VA on or before start date.
- 3+ years of experience or a minimum of 3,000 supervised hours.
- Experience and training in evidence-based modalities (e.g., CBT, MI, BA).
- Experience working with children, adolescents, and families.
- Comfort working in a telehealth environment.
- Flexibility to work 2 evenings per week and 2-4 weekend days per month.
- Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills.
- Ability to deliver care with a diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) and trauma-informed lens.
Responsibilities
- Conduct intake assessments and ongoing follow-up sessions via telehealth.
- Deliver brief, evidence-based interventions such as CBT, motivational interviewing, and behavioral activation.
- Provide in-session education and actionable recommendations to families.
- Support families with school accommodations, SDoH needs, and coordination with OT/PT/ST services.
- Collaborate with pediatricians and psychiatric consultants to guide care decisions.
- Participate in weekly registry review meetings.
- Document all care in the Healthie EHR and track progress using standardized tools.
