Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in telecommunications service operations.
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
- Valid, fully unencumbered driver’s license.
- Residency within 1 hour of Louisville, KY.
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing employees and contractors.
- Proficiency in project management and budget/SLA adherence.
- Knowledge of safety standards (OSHA, NESC, DOT, and local building codes).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to travel to various worksites and field locations as required.
- Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving abilities.
Responsibilities
- Supervise teams to meet service and quality objectives, budget targets, and SLAs.
- Manage daily department operations, including scheduling installations and repairs.
- Perform field visits to assess customer experience and conduct compliance reviews of vendor services.
- Handle administrative tasks such as employee timesheets, contractor invoicing, and expense management.
- Ensure team adherence to safety standards, including OSHA and National Electric Safety Code guidelines.
- Collaborate with leadership to evaluate performance, training needs, and procedural improvements.
