Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Engineering, Biomedical, or related field with 20+ years of experience.
- OR Master’s/Doctoral degree with 18+ years of experience.
- Proven experience leading complex service organizations.
- Experience managing and developing multi-level leadership teams.
- Working knowledge of Field Customer Support and Service Contracting.
- Knowledge of the medical diagnostic industry.
Responsibilities
- Lead a large, geographically dispersed field service organization through a team of senior leaders.
- Accountable for overall performance, profitability, and P&L management of the service business.
- Develop strategic goals, objectives, and revenue growth targets for areas and territories.
- Maintain executive-level relationships with key customers and lead strategic business reviews.
- Partner with sales to develop tactical and strategic customer agreements.
- Oversee the coordination center for effective resolution of customer issues.
