Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years of experience, or a Master’s degree in social sciences or related fields.
- Proficiency in quantitative data analysis software (Stata, R, QGIS, Google Earth Engine).
- Experience working in other countries.
- Proficiency in language(s) other than English.
- Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in data collection and report writing.
- Effective communication skills for collaboration in a virtual work environment.
Responsibilities
- Assist project teams in compiling and synthesizing information such as literature reviews and policy scans.
- Participate in the collection and review of research and evaluation data.
- Analyze quantitative research data and contribute to the reporting and interpretation of findings.
- Prepare documents, reports, briefs, charts, and graphs describing analysis findings.
- Support proposal writing and business development activities.
- Support project management tasks including developing timelines, coordinating meetings, and tracking progress.
