Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in product management, technical program management, consulting, or business operations.
- Excellent executive presence and communication skills, capable of translating technical constraints into business-ready messaging.
- Proven experience owning cross-team execution rigor for technically complex, multi-team initiatives.
- Strong understanding of Engineering, Product, and Design organizational workflows.
- Demonstrated expertise in defining and tracking quantitative goals, OKRs, and metrics.
- Ability to analyze architecture, systems, and dependencies to partner credibly with technical leads.
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and process efficiency.
- High EQ and ability to manage complex team dynamics and relationships.
- Experience in market analysis and using qualitative/quantitative data to guide pivots.
Responsibilities
- Provide operational rigor for integrated EPD launch plans for complex initiatives.
- Operate above individual workstreams to align EPD leaders on milestones, dependencies, and deliverables.
- Maintain high-confidence views of project status, risks, and dependencies across workstreams.
- Drive teams to execute against roadmaps, hold them accountable, and mitigate slippage.
- Refine rituals and cadences for metrics monitoring and team-level planning.
- Build tools and processes to support EPD teams in achieving business goals.
- Define, instrument, and report against quantitative goals, OKRs, and metrics.
- Serve as the primary liaison between EPD and clinical, commercial, legal, and compliance functions.
- Facilitate readiness checkpoints, go/no-go discussions, and retrospectives.
