Requirements
- 4–6 years of experience in partnerships, business development, or technical program/project management.
- Demonstrated experience managing complex, cross-functional technology integration projects with external partners.
- Experience with bank, financial institution, or payment/API integrations.
- Strong command of project management practices and tools, including project plans and milestone tracking.
- Working knowledge of AI tools, such as large language model assistants, for project management and analysis.
- Experience collaborating with strategic partners to launch or manage products and programs.
- Ability to communicate and collaborate across functions, including with technical and engineering teams.
- Ability to operate independently and exercise sound strategic judgment.
- Understanding of banking and real estate/title industries, or a strong desire to learn industry nuances.
Responsibilities
- Own day-to-day operational support for Qualia's bank partners and their integrations.
- Serve as the internal subject matter expert on Qualia's Bank Partner Network.
- Lead end-to-end project management for bank partner technology integrations, including scoping, project planning, and tracking milestones.
- Define, track, and analyze partnership performance metrics with Go-To-Market, Finance, and Operations teams.
- Evaluate, plan, and execute field marketing and event-related priorities.
- Deliver regular reporting to senior leadership on network performance and integration status.
- Monitor industry trends and regulatory updates relevant to bank partnerships.
- Represent the company at industry events and conferences.
- Leverage AI tools to accelerate integration documentation, reporting, and program analysis.
