Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in healthcare outreach, provider relations, business development, customer-facing healthcare roles, or healthcare operations.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a focus on empathy.
- Proven ability to build relationships and deliver presentations virtually.
- Strong organizational skills with experience managing high volumes of outreach and maintaining a CRM.
- Excellent time management and ability to prioritize competing responsibilities.
- Growth mindset, including curiosity, coachability, and motivation to learn complex healthcare markets.
- Proficiency with video conferencing technology, Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and reporting dashboards.
- Must reside in a designated emerging state (e.g., Texas, Florida, Georgia, North Carolina, New York, or Arizona).
Responsibilities
- Conduct daily virtual outreach via phone, email, and video meetings to pediatric practices, hospitals, and community organizations.
- Identify and engage prospective referral partners across assigned emerging markets.
- Deliver virtual presentations to clinical staff and referral coordinators to educate on InStride's clinical model.
- Maintain accurate records of all provider interactions, outreach activities, and referral trends in the CRM.
- Serve as a trusted point of contact by providing educational resources to referral partners.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Clinical, and Admissions teams to ensure a seamless referral experience for families.
- Gather and communicate market feedback and trends to internal stakeholders.
