7+ years of quota-carrying enterprise sales experience in SaaS or technology.

Proven success managing long, complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders in business, IT, legal, and procurement.
Established network of senior decision-makers within the Spanish enterprise landscape.
Strong executive presence with the ability to build relationships at the C-suite and board level.
Experience selling technical solutions to product and engineering leaders.
Deep understanding of enterprise procurement and legal processes in Spain.
Comfort operating in an early-stage, high-growth environment.
Passion for voice and audio AI technology.
Native or full professional proficiency in Spanish.
Strong English proficiency for internal collaboration.

Build and manage a growing portfolio of enterprise accounts across Spain in sectors like Financial Services, Insurance, Telecommunications, Healthcare, and Utilities.
Identify new business opportunities for conversational AI and ElevenAgents to drive engagement and operational efficiency.
Lead consultative, multi-stakeholder sales cycles, building business cases for senior executives.
Develop and maintain deep expertise in the conversational AI landscape and emerging trends in regulated Spanish industries.
Execute account strategies to navigate complex procurement and organizational structures.
Partner with Customer Success, FDEs, and Solutions Engineering to ensure successful onboarding and account expansion.
Act as a trusted advisor to C-suite and senior leaders regarding generative AI and voice interface trends.
