Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Physics, Mathematics, or a related field
- 2-5 years of professional experience in implementing digital transformation or technology-driven projects
- Strong customer focus with a proactive mindset and willingness to go the extra mile to deliver value
- Excellent communication skills in German and English
- Collaborative approach to solving complex challenges
- Interest in enterprise software, integration technologies, and business process transformation
Responsibilities
- Implement SAP Fioneer banking solutions as part of digital transformation programs
- Engage with customers to understand business challenges, strategic objectives, and transformation needs
- Analyze business processes, requirements, and operating models to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation
- Translate business requirements into functional solution concepts and high-impact solution designs
- Conduct workshops with business and IT stakeholders to define future-state processes, capabilities, and solution requirements
- Support the conceptualization and design of new banking products, business capabilities, and customer-specific solution enhancements
- Identify and assess emerging trends, technologies, and regulatory developments impacting the banking industry
- Develop compelling business cases and value propositions for customers
- Create and deliver tailored presentations, workshops, demonstrations, and proof-of-concepts to business and IT stakeholders
