Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- 5-10 years of professional IT experience with a strong background in complex enterprise systems.
- Proven track record in technical analysis and integration projects within the Financial Services or Reinsurance/Life Insurance domain.
- Deep experience with Microsoft SQL Server, advanced SQL querying, database programming, and ETL processes (SSIS/SSRS preferred).
- Experience utilizing both Waterfall and Agile methodologies, including strong skills in defining user stories.
- Experience with cloud environments (AWS desired, Azure experience a plus).
- Strong consulting and stakeholder management abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for technical and executive audiences.
Responsibilities
- Act as the primary bridge between business units, IT teams, and external product vendors for solution ownership.
- Translate complex financial business processes and integration needs into clear, actionable functional and non-functional requirements.
- Provide expert design recommendations and maintain the enterprise integration catalog.
- Own system blueprints for projects and enhancements.
- Support rigorous testing efforts and create comprehensive application and system documentation.
