Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
- Five or more years of experience as an SDET or in test-focused software engineering roles.
- Strong programming skills in at least one of Java, Python, JavaScript, or C#.
- Hands-on experience with at least one major UI automation framework (Selenium, Cypress, Playwright).
- Solid experience automating REST and/or gRPC APIs.
- Working knowledge of CI/CD pipelines for test automation.
- Solid SQL skills and experience with database validation.
- Strong understanding of microservices, distributed systems, and modern web architectures.
- Excellent debugging, communication, and documentation skills.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and continuously improve automation frameworks.
- Write production-quality test code.
- Partner with development teams to embed quality engineering throughout the SDLC.
- Work closely with cross-functional partners including product, design, engineering, operations, and business stakeholders.
- Translate ambiguous requirements into well-engineered solutions.
- Raise the bar through code review, design review, and mentorship of more junior engineers.
