Requirements
- Proven track record of impressive technical work with real-world impact.
- 2+ years of on-call experience for critical production services.
- Deep technical experience with Kubernetes.
- Strong understanding of Linux fundamentals including kernel, cgroups, containers, networking, and storage.
- Experience operating databases, monitoring, CI/CD, and cloud infrastructure at scale.
- Familiarity with fleet management and capacity planning.
Responsibilities
- Develop automated systems to provision clusters from bare machines to customer-ready states.
- Manage machine lifecycles between tenants, including joining, wiping, verifying, and rejoining.
- Operate and maintain Kubernetes and Postgres clusters across the fleet.
- Contribute to custom Kubernetes operators.
- Scale infrastructure clusters from tens of nodes to thousands.
- Participate in on-call rotations for service maintenance.
