Requirements
- Experience within financial services or regulated industries.
- Knowledge of Non-Financial Risk, Operational Risk, or Enterprise Risk Management frameworks.
- Advanced expertise in Power BI including data modeling, DAX, and Power Query.
- Proficiency in dashboard development, visualization design, and best practices.
- Experience with GRC platforms such as SmartSuite, Archer, or ServiceNow.
- Strong background in data analysis, data curation, and data quality management.
- Proven ability to manage reporting initiatives from requirements gathering through deployment.
- Experience working with large and complex datasets from multiple sources.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain advanced Power BI dashboards and reporting solutions for risk and governance functions.
- Develop and optimize data models, DAX calculations, and visualizations to provide actionable business insights.
- Curate, validate, and transform data from multiple sources to ensure reporting accuracy.
- Support analytics for RCSA, Issues Management, Testing and Monitoring, and Operational Risk metrics.
- Collaborate with risk, compliance, technology, and business stakeholders to gather and implement reporting requirements.
- Translate business needs into scalable reporting and visualization frameworks.
- Perform data quality assurance, reconciliation, and validation.
- Support reporting continuity and data migration during GRC platform transitions.
- Identify opportunities to improve reporting processes and automation.
