Requirements
- 7+ years of hands-on software development experience with core engineering principles.
- 3+ years designing complex software architectures for multi-stack environments.
- Broad experience across the full SDLC, including distributed systems, cloud-native architectures, and scalable APIs.
- Experience architecting on at least one major cloud platform (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Practical experience with relational databases, distributed caching, and enterprise search engines.
- Strong, hands-on understanding of AI/GenAI, LLM behavior, agents, and context management.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with ML engineers on AI/ML solutions such as OCR, Computer Vision, and RAG.
- Proven experience in pre-sales, technical discovery, or solution consulting.
- Strong estimation skills with the ability to defend technical decisions to stakeholders.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Responsibilities
- Lead technical discovery and design robust, scalable, cost-effective solutions for proposals and RFI/RFP responses.
- Own project estimation end-to-end, ensuring technical grounding and alignment between sales and delivery teams.
- Define and own end-to-end architecture vision and SDLC, addressing scalability, security, and performance requirements.
- Produce architecture artifacts including diagrams, data flows, non-functional requirements, and ADRs.
- Drive AI enablement by recommending AI development tools, onboarding teams, upskilling engineers, and monitoring adoption.
- Provide hands-on guidance through design workshops, code reviews, and prototyping high-impact capabilities.
