- Experience preparing print and production files to specification.
- Familiarity with the children's, educational, or consumer-product design space.
- Comfort using lightweight project management and file organization tools like Notion and ClickUp.
Responsibilities
- Create original artwork, including characters, motifs, patterns, and scenes that align with the brand's aesthetic.
- Translate CCO concepts and creative direction into finished, production-ready product designs.
- Manage the end-to-end design execution process, from initial handoff to final build-out.
- Prepare print and production files to specification, creating mockups and product previews for listings.
- Maintain style consistency across all product sets and update living style-references.
- Provide secondary support for ad-ops, including A+ content, storefront updates, and ad image production.
