Requirements
- 1+ years of experience in sales, collections, business development, or customer engagement.
- Fully fluent in written and spoken English.
- Fluent in Portuguese.
- Proficiency in MS Excel or Google Sheets.
- Experience using CRM systems to track KPIs.
- Resilient and persuasive 'hunter' mindset.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Must be based in Brazil.

Responsibilities
- Lead compliance and anti-piracy cases from initial contact to resolution.
- Manage licensing discussions via email, phone, and virtual meetings.
- Convert non-compliant users into licensed customers through strategic negotiation.
- Analyze investigation data and prepare detailed reports.
- Track all lead activities and performance metrics in the CRM.
- Document workflows and share knowledge to optimize engagement strategies.
