Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in the ServiceNow domain.
- Demonstrable experience building AI-enabled solutions in production environments.
- Deep expertise in ServiceNow AI: Now Assist, AI Agent Studio, AI Agent Orchestrator, AI Search, Predictive Intelligence, and Generative AI Controller.
- Strong foundation in platform engineering: Integration Hub, Flow Designer, UI Builder, and Workspaces.
- Advanced coding skills in JavaScript and Glide APIs.
- Experience with data pipelines, REST integration design, and auth schemes.
- Applied AI craft: Prompt engineering, retrieval and grounding patterns, and agent decomposition.
- Strong grasp of responsible AI: Data privacy, bias and hallucination mitigation, and auditability.
- Leadership experience in at least one ServiceNow product suite beyond ITSM.
- Strong communication skills for stakeholder management and mentoring.
Responsibilities
- Translate business outcomes into secure, governed, and measurable AI solutions.
- Identify and qualify AI use cases while assessing data readiness and risk.
- Build and tune Now Assist skills, AI Agents, agentic workflows, and orchestration logic.
- Configure supporting platform foundations including Integration Hub, Flow Designer, and AI Search.
- Enforce responsible AI guardrails, data privacy, and access controls via AI Control Tower.
- Coordinate daily development tasks and mentor junior developers on AI best practices.
- Develop evaluation discipline including baseline metrics, regression testing, and drift monitoring.
- Track ServiceNow releases to advise clients on adoption and licensing.
