Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in Solution Consulting, Sales Engineering, or related technical pre-sales.
- 5+ years of people management experience.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Proven track record in designing or managing demo environments or sandbox infrastructure.
- Practical knowledge of AI, LLMs, or workflow automation for operational challenges.
- Deep familiarity with the contact center industry, specifically Five9 or direct competitors.
- Strong technical credibility and ability to communicate architectures to engineers and roadmaps to leadership.
- Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
- Strong cross-functional leadership instincts to drive alignment across Product, Marketing, and Sales.
Responsibilities
- Own the vision, architecture, and roadmap for the SC demo environment, evolving it into a self-service platform.
- Drive the adoption of AI-assisted demo experiences to reduce SC preparation time and increase consistency.
- Lead SC readiness for new product launches by coordinating with Product, Marketing, and Field Enablement teams.
- Build and maintain a knowledge management system to provide SC teams with competitive and technical content.
- Manage and deliver team performance metrics to demonstrate the operational business impact.
- Coach and develop the SC Operations team through a player-coach leadership approach.
- Influence executive stakeholders and shape internal policies regarding SC tooling and standards.
