Requirements
- Have 2 years in an analytical role or relevant internships.
- Write SQL queries confidently.
- Have experience with at least one BI tool (Tableau preferred).
- Have a solid grasp of basic statistics.
- Are attentive to numbers.
- Can tell stories with data (data storytelling).
- Can work autonomously.
- Experience in product analytics in IT (social discovery or dating products ideal) is an advantage.
- Understanding of A/B testing fundamentals and statistical significance is an advantage.
- Knowledge of Python or R is an advantage.
- Experience with ClickHouse databases is an advantage.
- Predictive modeling / ML skills are an advantage.
Responsibilities
- Proactively find growth opportunities and move team goals through actionable, data-driven insights and hypotheses.
- Plan A/B tests, analyze results, and deliver final recommendations.
- Provide the team with all the analytics needed for data-driven decisions.
