Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in post-editing, translation, or technical writing.
- Solid background with post-editing tasks.
- Knowledge of MT systems and MT output quality evaluation is ideal.
- Dutch native-speaker proficiency.
- Proficiency in English.
- Experience with translating marketing copy while maintaining brand voice and messaging.
- Knowledge of technical writing principles and ability to translate complex technical language.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and provide constructive feedback.
- Competency with Mac programs (Nice to have).
Responsibilities
- Perform post-editing on high-volume machine-translated marketing content using advanced ML tools.
- Ensure the copy is accurate, grammatically correct, clear, and culturally appropriate.
- Collaborate with a creative team to maintain consistency with established style, tone, and terminology.
- Support quality control by identifying recurring errors and providing structured feedback.
- Complete brief feedback forms and occasional project ratings to help improve MT engine performance.
