- Ability to facilitate input from Engineering, Design, and Commercial teams.
- Strong presentation and communication skills.
- Ability to influence cross-functional partners with well-reasoned business cases.
Responsibilities
- Map complex business processes and translate energy market requirements into clear technical specifications.
- Document technical requirements including data mapping, system integrations, and logic flows.
- Coordinate with Product Managers, Engineering, third-party suppliers, and domain experts to define specifications.
- Manage data migration and prepare systems while bridging legacy processes to new platforms.
- Communicate customer and business insights to keep cross-functional teams informed.
