Requirements
- Experience in data/BI development, financial services or banking client preferred.
- Mandatory Power BI report and dashboard development, including publishing and workspace management.
- Data modeling expertise (fact/dimension/star schema) for reporting performance.
- Proficiency in DAX for KPIs, measures, and analytical logic.
- Strong SQL skills and experience with data integration across multiple sources (Oracle, SQL Server, etc.).
- Experience in ETL and data transformation to cleanse and standardize data.
- Data visualization skills for both operational and executive audiences.
- Payments/ACH domain exposure preferred.
- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related field.
Responsibilities
- Build and optimize Power BI reports, dashboards, and semantic models.
- Partner with business stakeholders to gather and understand reporting requirements.
- Collaborate with the Data Engineering team within Microsoft Fabric.
- Develop AI-enabled reporting experiences using Copilot Studio and Microsoft Fabric.
- Improve reporting performance, governance, and self-service analytics.
- Utilize Excel and Microsoft Power BI to build detailed reports with complex data requirements.
- Support project management activities to maintain contractual compliance.
