Requirements
- Must currently reside in Nevada.
- 1 year of Call Center experience.
- 6 months Customer Service experience.
- Basic typing and computer skills with excellent navigational abilities.
- High speed Internet access (Cable, DSL or Fiber).
- Minimum upload speed of 3 mbps and download speed of 30 mbps.
- No use of wireless or WiFi air cards.
- Must maintain a quiet space within the home free of distractions and caretaking responsibilities.
Responsibilities
- Handle a variety of tasks including inbound calls from Members, Clients and Facilities.
- Manage 60 - 80 calls per day with increased volume on Mondays.
- Provide personalized attention and care to passengers as the company image.
- Navigate company systems efficiently to resolve customer inquiries.
- Maintain a distraction-free environment for professional call handling.
