Requirements
- Active subscription to Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.

- Proven experience in designing multi-page publications, operational manuals, or corporate reports.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating high-quality document design and information layout.
- Demonstrated ability to translate architectural plans or technical drawings into maps.
- Understanding of wayfinding principles, information hierarchy, and user-centered design.
- Ability to manage multiple revisions while maintaining document consistency.
- Available for weekly remote or in-office progress meetings.
- Guaranteed availability from September through December 2026.
Responsibilities
- Design and format a professional, visually engaging, and easy-to-navigate Operations Manual.
- Establish and maintain a consistent visual identity, typography system, and grid structure.
- Redesign complex technical stadium maps into simplified, intuitive, and visually accessible guides.
- Develop clear legends, directional markers, and access routes for non-technical users.
- Produce an interactive and optimized PDF with clickable navigation and cross-references.
- Maintain organized working files and apply systematic version control processes.
