Requirements
- 5+ years of professional Product UX Design experience as a Senior Individual Contributor.
- Mastery of Figma.
- Hands-on experience with modern AI-assisted design, prototyping, or coding tools (e.g., Claude Code, Cursor).
- Proven track record of working within an established design system.
- Experience running structured usability tests and A/B testing experiments.
- Professional portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product design case studies and complex workflow solutions.
- Ability to articulate design decisions across technical and product stakeholders in an Agile environment.
- Fluent in English for interviews, documentation, and daily communication.
Responsibilities
- Execute hands-on, end-to-end UX/UI product design as a Senior Individual Contributor.
- Build high-fidelity mockups and interactive prototypes using Figma and AI-assisted design/coding tools.
- Apply and extend components within an established enterprise design system.
- Plan and execute usability and A/B testing to validate design hypotheses.
- Design complex, partner-facing workflows bridging technical infrastructure and business relationships.
