Requirements
- 5+ years of professional full-stack development experience shipping and maintaining production web applications.
- Deep, hands-on experience with React and Next.js in large production applications.
- Fluency in TypeScript for writing clean, type-safe code.
- Solid command of PostgreSQL, including manual SQL writing, joins, indexes, and query performance tuning.
- Production experience with a type-safe ORM (Drizzle or Prisma) including schema design and migrations.
- Strong skills in integrating third-party and backend APIs, managing pagination, rate limits, and failure handling.
- Commitment to security practices, including SQL injection prevention and server-side validation.
- Experience writing and maintaining test suites.
- Proficiency with Tailwind CSS and component libraries like shadcn/ui.
- Advanced English proficiency (C2/C1).
- Ability to work in a hybrid schedule across Central European and Pacific time zones.
Responsibilities
- Build and ship features including inventory workspaces, purchasing workflows, and data-heavy dashboards using Next.js, React, and TypeScript.
- Manage the NetSuite sync layer by writing and maintaining SuiteQL queries and pipelines to sync ERP data to PostgreSQL.
- Model and evolve database schemas in Drizzle, writing migrations and ensuring query performance.
- Debug the ERP-to-platform data flow, implementing fixes for data synchronization and performance issues.
- Maintain high-performance UI and backend queries through instrumentation and index tuning.
- Implement reliable background and queue processing using BullMQ and Redis.
- Ensure codebase health through clean component architecture using Tailwind CSS and shadcn/ui.
- Contribute to technical strategy and platform direction through code reviews and collaborative decision-making.
