Requirements
- 2+ years of commercial full stack development experience.
- Strong practical expertise in React and production-level experience with Next.js.
- In-depth understanding of SSR, SSG, ISR, and React Server Components.
- Proven experience with technical SEO optimization and Core Web Vitals.
- Experience using Lighthouse, PageSpeed Insights, or similar web performance tools.
- Backend development experience with Node.js and major JS/TS frameworks.
- Working knowledge of REST APIs and relational databases such as PostgreSQL.
- Sufficient English proficiency to navigate technical documentation and professional tools.
- Experience using AI-assisted coding tools with a focus on code verification.
- Strong product mindset and ability to work in ambiguous environments.
- Independence in technical decision-making and result-oriented ownership.
Responsibilities
- Build a web product from scratch, including architecture selection, task decomposition, and production launch.
- Develop frontend using React and Next.js with SSR, SSG, and ISR implementations.
- Optimize Core Web Vitals, site loading speed, and general web performance.
- Establish technical SEO foundation including semantic markup, structured data, sitemaps, and canonicalization.
- Develop scalable architecture for programmatic SEO and high-volume landing page generation.
- Build and maintain backend services using Node.js, REST APIs, and authentication systems.
- Integrate AI APIs for generative features and manage web monetization via payments and subscriptions.
- Configure CI/CD pipelines, monitoring, product analytics, and A/B testing infrastructure.
