Requirements
- 5+ years of full-stack development experience (Node.js and Python preferred).
- 2+ years of experience leading agile development teams.
- Strong background in API integrations and DevOps.
- Proven experience with secure app architecture.
- Experience working in fintech, blockchain, or high-compliance environments.
- Proficiency in Node.js, Python, JavaScript, Dart (Flutter), and Java.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines using GitHub.
- Ability to manage across time zones and departments.
- Familiarity with platforms and tools such as Digital Ocean, Hubspot, Zapier, and Stripe.
Responsibilities
- Co-champion development of SunCore’s web and app infrastructure using Node.js and Python.
- Establish and manage CI/CD pipelines in GitHub.
- Migrate infrastructure from SiteGround to Digital Ocean and implement Cloudflare.
- Own CRM migration from Pipedrive to Hubspot CRM via Zapier.
- Integrate third-party APIs and tools including Binance, Stripe, Trulioo, and OKTA.
- Develop and launch the secure dashboard and Flutter mobile app.
- Ensure SOC2-level security and prepare for third-party audits.
- Oversee the KYC-compliant sales flow from lead generation to dashboard access.
- Implement team best practices for code reviews, testing, and documentation.
