Requirements
- Proven 5+ years of production experience with Python, FastAPI, and SQL
- Comprehensive expertise in web apps, API design, and integration development
- Strong capability in high-load database handling and query performance optimization
- Experience with TypeScript and React
- Willingness to work full-stack
- Hands-on exposure to GenAI engineering tools, ideally Claude Code
- Effective communication skills and proactive execution
- Ability to operate independently and as part of a team
- Ability to deal with ambiguity and deliver without constant direction
- English proficiency at B2 (Upper-Intermediate) level or higher
Responsibilities
- Implement and maintain web applications with Python/FastAPI and SQL
- Create APIs and integrations that support high-load database operations
- Analyze and optimize query performance across production systems
- Build front-end components using TypeScript and React
- Adopt GenAI engineering tools to improve development workflows
- Collaborate with the team while progressing autonomously on your assignments
- Communicate proactively with team members and stakeholders
- Own product features and drive impact beyond ticket completion
- Deliver results while navigating ambiguity in a fast-paced startup environment
