Requirements
- Minimum 8+ years of experience in the travel industry, focusing on luxury tour or hotel sales/operations.
- Extensive experience traveling abroad with a strong curiosity about international destinations.
- Strong customer service skills with a passion for building relationships.
- Comfortable with phone-based and video-based work.
- Excellent fluency in oral and written English.
- Adaptable communication skills and confident, cheerful demeanor.
- Highly motivated, enthusiastic, and comfortable in a start-up environment.
- Proficiency with technology and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Thorough knowledge of Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides) is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Willingness to work a 5-day workweek including rotating weekends, evenings, and holidays.
- Bachelor's degree or higher is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service by taking ownership of traveler inquiries via phone, live chat, and email.
- Build trusted, long-lasting relationships with discerning luxury clients to strengthen confidence in Zicasso.
- Ensure high inquiry conversion by demonstrating expertise in consultation, product knowledge, and Zicasso services.
- Participate cross-functionally with Partnerships, Product, and Marketing teams to improve client experience.
- Partner with Care Team leadership on projects and initiatives to solve problems and create innovative solutions.
- Leverage data, analytics, and technology to drive innovation and excellence in luxury travel customer success.
- Provide consultation and advice to move general inquiries to destination-specific trip requests.
- Coach and mentor team members as needed.
