Requirements
- 3+ years of professional writing experience.
- Experience managing large-scale knowledge bases, technical documentation, or global enterprise content.
- Deep understanding of Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) tactics.
- Knowledge of semantic search, NLP-friendly formatting, and traditional SEO.
- Extreme attention to detail in technical/regulatory writing.
- Experience in Global HR, international employment law, PEO, or EOR industries is a significant plus.
Responsibilities
- Manage the rolling 6-month refresh cycle for all country pages within Globalpedia.
- Research and update data on labor laws, termination policies, statutory benefits, and tax brackets.
- Structure content for AI-driven search engines using clear schema patterns and intent-based answers.
- Develop high-information-density copy suitable for AI crawlers.
- Monitor regulatory shifts and execute rapid updates to legal content.
