Responsibilities
- Define and execute the long-term technical roadmap for an AI-native commerce platform.
- Architect systems for an agent-first future and drive platform scalability across checkout, subscriptions, and payments.
- Build and lead a high-performing engineering organization, focusing on hiring, mentorship, and retention.
- Develop the company's AI strategy and oversee the creation of AI agents for merchant outcomes.
- Represent the technical vision to stakeholders, including investors and partners.
- Serve as a key member of the executive leadership team to drive strategic planning and organizational design.
