Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in a Product Management function scaling new or existing products.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to dig into data directly.
- Experience working closely with design and subject-matter experts (content, pedagogy, or similar) to shape features.
- Demonstrated comfort using AI tools as part of a daily product management workflow.
- Genuine enthusiasm for building with AI at the core.
- Experience in EdTech, K-12 education, SaaS, or working with instructional products is strongly preferred.
Responsibilities
- Build features and tools that directly impact teachers and students.
- Own the platform experience by defining what gets built, why, and in what order through partnership with engineering.
- Work directly with design and internal content/ELA pedagogy experts from discovery to launch to validate features.
- Partner with an AI-forward engineering team to deliver high-impact features.
- Translate ambiguous problems into clear priorities and manage cross-functional scope and timelines.
- Use data to determine product performance and identify new opportunities.
