Requirements
- 3-5+ years of experience and success in B2B/SaaS/Web product management positions.
- Demonstrated experience as a technical product manager or working with an API-based product.
- Experience leading substantial aspects of product management, including strategy, roadmapping, and business cases.
- Data-driven approach to scope and priority management.
- Exceptional communication and organization skills.
- Working knowledge of Jira, PivotalTracker, Trello, or equivalent project-management software.
- Experience working in the P&C insurance space is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Determine customer needs through interviews, surveys, and behavioral analysis.
- Categorize business problems and conduct competitive research to inform design solutions.
- Craft and maintain the product backlog while collaborating with design and engineering teams to execute epics and features.
- Communicate across cross-functional stakeholders to capture problems in user stories and ensure effective product adoption.
- Negotiate acceptance criteria and manage scope with internal stakeholders.
- Leverage data and analytics to drive product decisions, features, and design.
- Collaborate with Leadership, Engineering, Design, Strategy, and Implementation to drive initiatives.
