Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in product management roles within B2B, SaaS, web-based, or technology-driven environments.
- Demonstrated experience managing product initiatives from opportunity identification through roadmap planning, execution, and measurement.
- Strong understanding of product discovery, backlog management, prioritization, and agile development practices.
- Ability to gather requirements, define user stories, and collaborate effectively with engineering and design teams.
- Data-driven approach to decision-making, prioritization, and measuring product impact.
- Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution in a fast-moving environment.
- Experience with product management or project tracking tools such as Jira, Trello, PivotalTracker, or similar platforms.
- Experience working with technical products, APIs, or software platforms (preferred).
- Experience in the property and casualty insurance industry (a plus).
Responsibilities
- Identify customer needs through research, interviews, surveys, behavioral analysis, and stakeholder feedback.
- Analyze business challenges, market trends, and competitive insights to define product opportunities.
- Maintain the product backlog, prioritizing features and initiatives to maximize value.
- Collaborate with engineering and design teams to define requirements, user stories, and manage epics.
- Translate customer and business problems into clear product strategies and measurable outcomes.
- Coordinate communication across cross-functional teams to ensure alignment throughout the lifecycle.
- Use analytics and performance data to guide roadmap decisions.
- Support product launches, adoption initiatives, and ongoing optimization efforts.
