- 3+ years of experience leading and developing high-performing software engineering teams.
- Track record of delivering complex technical initiatives and growing engineers.
- Significant engineering experience in networking and web scraping.
- Experience with browser automation and managed attribution.
- Knowledge of operational security best practices.
- Experience with anti-bot technology and distributed systems.
- Ability to partner with product and operational stakeholders.
- Proven ability to lead through ambiguity and make sound tradeoffs.
- Excellent communication and influence skills.
- Must hold an Active US security clearance.
Responsibilities
- Grow and mentor a high-performing team of engineers.
- Foster a strong engineering culture focused on reliability, ownership, and high-impact platform data collection.
- Define the roadmap and technical vision for data access and collection capabilities.
- Design and build scalable, reliable data-intensive applications for collecting and warehousing publicly available information.
- Own and enhance a managed attribution browser used in customer workflows.
- Partner with Product, Mission, Infrastructure, and Engineering teams to deliver foundational capabilities.
