Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Marketing, or equivalent experience.
- 6+ years of product management experience with customer-facing digital products.
- Demonstrated focus on product growth, product-led growth (PLG), or user acquisition and engagement.
- Experience delivering product enhancements in an agile or iterative development environment.
- Experience developing and executing product roadmaps across multiple products or distribution channels.
- Strong understanding of product management principles and lifecycle management.
- Proficiency in A/B testing methodologies, hypothesis development, and experimentation frameworks.
- Experience defining, monitoring, and interpreting product performance metrics.
- Ability to analyze customer behavior data to identify growth opportunities.
- Strong communication skills for translating complex concepts for cross-functional stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Own the product strategy, roadmap, and user experience for client-facing components including InfoTrack, Green Filing, and Courtny.
- Identify opportunities to improve order placement, tracking, and user workflows.
- Partner with Engineering and Design to prioritize and deliver iterative product enhancements.
- Monitor and analyze key product metrics such as user adoption, engagement, order volume, and conversion performance.
- Design and execute A/B tests to validate hypotheses and inform product decisions.
- Partner with Sales and Customer Success to communicate product enhancements and ensure customer feedback informs the development lifecycle.
