Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree completed in Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related fields.
- Proven experience working as a Business Analyst, including business analysis activities and requirements gathering.
- Strong knowledge of elicitation and documentation of functional and non-functional requirements.
- Experience creating and refining user stories and defining acceptance criteria.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban.
- Experience with backlog management and prioritization.
- Knowledge of functional validation and integrated testing processes.
- Experience with tools such as Azure DevOps for backlog management, work items, and agile metrics is considered a plus.
- Strong teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively between technical and business areas.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to document information clearly and align expectations with stakeholders.
- Adaptability to changing priorities, scopes, and project requirements.
- Proactive mindset focused on identifying improvements and proposing solutions.
Responsibilities
- Analyze business needs and translate requirements into effective system solutions.
- Conduct requirement gathering and documentation, ensuring functional and non-functional requirements are clearly defined.
- Create, refine, and maintain user stories with well-defined acceptance criteria.
- Act as a connection point between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring alignment throughout projects.
- Support agile development processes through backlog management, prioritization, and continuous improvement practices.
- Participate in functional validation, integrated testing, and solution verification activities.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to the implementation of innovative solutions.
- Collaborate with different teams to understand challenges, propose improvements, and ensure successful project delivery.
