Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 4+ years of relevant professional experience in client support, sales operations, or customer service.
- Experience working within the VAR IT industry.
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills, specifically Excel for spreadsheet creation and analysis.
- Advanced Microsoft Outlook skills, including managing shared mailboxes.
- Experience entering and maintaining data within CRM or ERP systems.
- Understanding of customer purchasing processes and business sales cycles.
- Ability to provide accurate service-level commitments and delivery information.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to learn new systems quickly.
Responsibilities
- Process complex client orders, quotes, and administrative tasks while following established procedures.
- Respond promptly to customer requests related to order tracking, pricing, delivery timelines, and account information.
- Monitor open order reports, research status, and provide accurate updates and custom reporting.
- Coordinate with sales teams and internal departments to address customer needs and resolve complex requests.
- Prepare quotes for recurring products within required timelines and support accounts with established pricing.
- Maintain accurate order information within internal systems for team collaboration.
- Communicate proactively with clients regarding confirmations, delivery dates, and product updates.
- Support return merchandise processes including customer guidance and documentation.
