Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, Systems Analysis, or related field.
- Advanced English proficiency for documentation and collaboration.
- At least 3 years of experience managing Microsoft Configuration Manager (SCCM/MECM) in large corporate environments.
- Strong knowledge of SCCM/MECM administration, software distribution, patching, and reporting.
- Experience with Microsoft Intune, Endpoint Manager, Windows Autopilot, and co-management.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), hybrid identities, and App Registrations.
- Extensive experience with Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS, GPO, WSUS, PKI, Exchange, Teams, and Microsoft 365.
- Strong PowerShell scripting and automation skills.
- Experience supporting distributed environments and Windows Server in on-premises and cloud environments.
- Knowledge of VMware (vSphere, vCenter) and storage/datacenter technologies (Hitachi, 3PAR, Brocade SAN).
- Experience with monitoring platforms like Zabbix, Dynatrace, or Grafana.
- Familiarity with Agile, DevOps, and ITIL processes.
Responsibilities
- Administer, support, and continuously improve Microsoft Configuration Manager (SCCM/MECM) hierarchy, distribution points, and endpoint processes.
- Manage software distribution, operating system deployment, imaging, patch management, and compliance activities.
- Create and implement Task Sequences for automation of deployments and infrastructure processes.
- Develop customized SCCM reports using SQL and SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS).
- Administer Microsoft cloud and on-premises platforms including Entra ID, Intune, Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, Active Directory, and DNS.
- Configure and maintain monitoring and asset management solutions such as Zabbix, Dynatrace, and Grafana.
- Participate in escalation processes, crisis management, capacity planning, and technical documentation.
