- Proven ownership of end-to-end content initiatives with measurable impact on organic traffic, conversions, or lead generation.
- Exceptional writing and editing skills in English.
- Strong understanding of SEO and search intent.
- Working knowledge of or interest in CRO and GEO principles.
- Hands-on experience using AI tools to create, optimize, review, or automate content workflows.
- Ability to critically evaluate, fact-check, and improve AI-generated content.
- Experience owning blog and landing page content that contributed to measurable business outcomes.
- Experience with WordPress or other content management systems.
- Growth-oriented mindset with the ability to learn quickly and accept feedback.
Responsibilities
- Create and optimize SEO, CRO, and GEO-focused content specifically for the Singapore market.
- Experiment with emerging AI-powered search workflows and contribute to internal best practices.
- Improve content structure, clarity, discoverability, and conversion performance.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with SEO, Product, and Marketing teams.
- Maintain high editorial, SEO, and brand quality standards.
- Evaluate and improve AI-generated outputs using strong editorial judgment.
- Monitor AI search trends and apply insights to optimize content for generative discovery.
