Requirements
- Active independent licensure in New York (Ph.D, Psy.D., or equivalent).
- Minimum 3 years of post-licensure experience.
- Strong clinical judgment and commitment to evidence-based care.
- Natural leadership, mentorship, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to balance warmth, accountability, and professionalism.
- Comfort navigating evolving systems within a growing organization.
- Prior experience in a supervisory, lead clinician, or peer consultation role is preferred.
- Experience in outpatient or private practice settings is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct client care while maintaining clinical standards.
- Serve as a primary support and consultation resource for clinicians within an assigned pod.
- Foster a collaborative, psychologically safe, and growth-oriented team culture.
- Support clinicians in navigating complex clinical cases, escalations, and workflow challenges.
- Assist with the onboarding and integration of new clinicians.
- Identify and address patterns related to burnout risk, scheduling barriers, and operational inefficiencies.
- Partner with clinical managers on quality initiatives and practice development.
- Provide on-call support after regular business hours as needed.
