Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Product Management with a track record of owning end-to-end initiatives.
- Experience building always-on SaaS enterprise software.
- Proven ability to lead high-impact, ambiguous projects to completion.
- Strong technical fluency with an ability to understand web applications and microservices.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to define metrics and translate signal into product decisions.
- Experience working in a matrixed organization and collaborating with engineering without direct authority.
- Hands-on experience with wireframing or mockup tools like Figma.
- Bachelor's or master’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, or equivalent industry experience.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Ability to travel up to 10% of the time.
Responsibilities
- Lead product initiatives end to end, from definition through launch, with minimal oversight.
- Set the product vision and roadmap based on market trends, customer needs, and business priorities.
- Develop working knowledge of web applications and microservices to unblock engineering and make technical tradeoffs.
- Define success metrics and use data to prioritize roadmaps based on churn or adoption.
- Run user research and competitive analysis to inform product direction.
- Align Security, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success stakeholders.
- Manage the full product lifecycle, including requirements, release planning, and post-launch optimization.
- Equip sales and support teams with the content and training needed to sell and support product releases.
