Requirements
- 2+ years of experience at a consulting firm, investment bank, or high-growth technology company.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to pull, structure, and interpret data independently.
- Proficiency in SQL (Clickhouse) and Python.
- Proven track record of owning ambiguous problems and delivering tangible impact.
- Clear and persuasive communication skills with experience influencing leadership-level decisions.
- First principles thinker capable of breaking down complex problems.
- Ability to work independently as a hands-on contributor.
- Comfortable using tools such as Metabase, Jupyter Hub, and GitHub.
Responsibilities
- Own the analytical function end-to-end for a core business unit such as growth, product, AI, or partnerships.
- Define business problems and required metrics before initiating analysis.
- Build reports, run experiments, and surface insights to drive team outcomes.
- Translate complex analytical findings into clear, persuasive recommendations for stakeholders.
- Collaborate with product, growth, finance, and operations teams to inform decision-making.
