Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in technology implementations and/or product/project management.
- 3-5 years of experience of Systems Development Life Cycle, Waterfall, and/or Agile Development Methodologies.
- Proven experience facilitating presentations to stakeholders.
- Experience gathering market requirements.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational, meeting facilitation, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong project management capabilities.
- Critical thinking skills to anticipate team needs and take initiative.
- Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks with concurrent deadlines.
Responsibilities
- Convey Medicaid product vision and roadmap to an Agile delivery team.
- Define user stories and prioritize product backlog items.
- Liaise with Medicaid market stakeholders and the development team to ensure product requirements are met.
- Serve as the primary contact for work prioritization and decision-making for the Agile team.
- Manage and prioritize the team's backlog, including New State Implementation and market migration tasks.
- Facilitate weekly product backlog review sessions and evaluate change requests.
- Document business requirements and develop functional stories and process flows.
- Conduct solution demonstrations to gather feedback from stakeholders.
- Support SIT testing and coordinate UAT testing with partners.
