Requirements
- Associate's degree or equivalent work experience (Bachelor's degree preferred).
- Minimum 5 years of experience in recruitment functions (interviewing, hiring, sourcing).
- Experience in human resources or recruiting environment (7 years preferred).
- Full-cycle recruitment experience including offers, compensation, and benefits (preferred).
- Previous experience with physician recruitment in a private practice setting (3 years preferred).
- Prior ATS (Applicant Tracking System) experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Ability to work as a remote employee based in Florida.
- Availability for occasional travel.
Responsibilities
- Recruit for physician, APRN, PA, and hard-to-fill IT roles.
- Open and post new requisitions to internal and external job boards.
- Develop and implement sourcing and networking strategies.
- Prescreen resumes and coordinate candidate interviews with hiring managers.
- Negotiate offers and communicate compensation packages with candidates.
- Maintain accurate records and weekly reports on recruitment activities.
- Attend career fairs and represent FCS as a brand ambassador.
