Requirements
- Solid professional experience in Android mobile application development using Kotlin.
- Strong knowledge of Artificial Intelligence concepts and AI agent development applied to software engineering.
- Experience with Spec-Driven Development (SDD).
- Familiarity with Claude Code, Skills, and MCPs.
- Experience working in Multi-Repo development environments.
- Knowledge of AWS Cloud services.
- Understanding of WCAG 2.1 AA accessibility standards.
- Experience with GitLab, Jenkins, SonarQube, Jira, or similar development and DevOps tools.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively within cross-functional agile teams.
- Self-driven problem-solving skills, resilience, adaptability, and the ability to manage changing priorities.
- Experience with Java backend development is considered a plus.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain Android applications for a large-scale SuperApp, ensuring high-quality, scalable, and reliable solutions.
- Leverage AI agents and AI-assisted development practices to optimize engineering workflows and improve delivery efficiency.
- Apply Spec-Driven Development (SDD) principles throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Participate actively in agile ceremonies and collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams.
- Ensure code quality through unit testing, code reviews, and adherence to engineering best practices.
- Utilize and integrate development and DevOps tools such as GitLab, Jenkins, SonarQube, and Jira.
- Contribute to platform modernization efforts while preserving existing functionality and enhancing customer journeys.
- Troubleshoot technical challenges with autonomy, adaptability, and a continuous improvement mindset.
